Software, AI, and the natural world
Still building. Just with better tools.
I'm an experienced software engineer and an independent builder. My background is in web development and data engineering, and these days I'm deep in AI — professionally and on my own time. The rest of it is software, the natural world, and whatever question turns into a project.
Reputation and substance first. Business opportunities second.
What this is
This site is the long version of a résumé: the things I've actually shipped, the questions behind them, and what I learned building them. Some of it is commercial work. Most of it started as an experiment in my own time, and I try to be clear about which is which.
I like tools that explain themselves, software that can be handed over, and writing that admits what it doesn't know. When a project can't support a claim, I'd rather publish the uncertainty than a confident-looking number.
